Advice that exists to be acted on.

Our core practice is one: AI transformation. Along that line, we also advise selected clients on business strategy. Wherever you start, the destination is the same: every unit of input your organisation spends should produce more.

AI Transformation

Core practice

AI is not another piece of software to procure — it is a rebuild of how work gets done. We help you answer three questions: where is AI worth applying, how to apply it, and how to make your team actually use it. The goal is singular: greater output from less repetitive labour.

  • Workflow audit and decompositionMap core business processes and identify the repetitive, rule-based, time-heavy steps where AI fits best.
  • Use-case design and tool selectionRank AI use cases by return on effort and choose the right models and tools — tools for problems, not hype.
  • Workflow redesignRe-divide the work between people and AI: AI takes the repetition and first drafts; people keep judgement, relationships and creativity.
  • Training and change managementLayered training from leadership to front line, with usage guidelines, so tools don't sit on the shelf.
  • Hands-on delivery and iterationSet measurable indicators, review regularly, and adjust until the new way of working becomes habit.

Business Advisory

Selective engagements

Most of our business advisory grows out of AI transformation work: when a workflow rebuild surfaces questions about growth, we help clarify direction and priorities, so resources go where returns actually happen.

  • Market positioning and entryDefine target customers, differentiated value and the competitive map — where to play and how to win.
  • Business model reviewA systematic look at revenue structure, cost structure and pricing to find growth levers and profit leaks.
  • Cross-border planningBuilt on Hong Kong's position and institutions, we help plan cross-border expansion and connect partners.

Who it's for: companies searching for a second growth curve; teams and founders entering new markets or starting cross-border business.

Engagement models

Three depths of engagement.

Advisory sessions

One or several in-depth sessions on a single question — fast judgement and recommendations before a decision.

Projects

Phase-based engagements with defined deliverables: diagnosis, transformation roadmap, workflow redesign and implementation.

Retained advisory

Monthly partnership as an external counsel to management, staying with the organisation through transformation and growth.

Fees depend on scope and depth — contact us to discuss. The purpose of an intro call is to find out whether your problem needs a consultant at all; if it doesn't, we'll say so.

How an engagement unfolds

"Hands-on" written as a calendar.

  1. Week 1Interviews and process mapping: one conversation each with the owner and the relevant staff; draw the core process, find the waiting and the repetition.
  2. Week 2Prioritise and design: pick one step by return on effort, set one countable indicator, write a one-page usage guideline.
  3. Weeks 3–4Pilot: run the new way side by side with the person responsible; fifteen minutes of review each week.
  4. Week 5 onwardScale or cut: if the pilot holds, extend to a second and third use case; if it doesn't, we say so plainly.

An illustrative schedule for a project engagement, adjusted case by case. Your time: about two hours of interviews for the owner, about one hour per relevant colleague, then fifteen minutes a week.

Three things we don't do

  • We don't chase technology fads unrelated to your business.
  • We don't deliver reports that cannot be executed.
  • We don't promise what AI cannot deliver.

Who we're not the right fit for

  • Companies that just want someone to buy software accounts for them. That doesn't need a consultant — buy them.
  • Companies looking to outsource the development of a system. We don't build software; it's outside our scope.
  • Companies that need a report to satisfy a board or a parent company. Our reports are written to be executed, not filed.
  • Companies expecting AI to replace a whole department within three months. That expectation mostly ends in failure; we'll talk you out of it in the first conversation.

Frequently asked

What you might want to ask first.

There's only one consultant — can you handle our project?

We keep the firm deliberately lean: every engagement is led by the founder personally, never passed down a chain. If a project's scope exceeds what one person can do well, we'll say so before we start rather than take it on.

We're a small company — is a consultant worth it?

Not necessarily. Often the owner starting to use AI on one small workflow beats hiring anyone. One purpose of the intro call is to judge whether it's worth it — and if it isn't, we'll say so. You can also take the two-minute self-check first.

Do we need to be technical?

No. Our job is to translate the technology into process and division of labour, with training layered from leadership to the front line. What you need to know is your own business.

How do you handle client data and confidential information?

Client data is never put into any AI tool without your consent. Which data may go into which tool, and who reviews it, is written into the usage guidelines we deliver — that is part of the transformation itself.

Do you resell software or recommend particular tools?

We don't resell any software and take no commissions. Tools are chosen for your problem, and replacing them every two or three years is normal; what we invest in is process and working habits — the part that lasts.

In person or remote?

Hong Kong clients can choose either; clients elsewhere are served remotely.

How long does an engagement take?

Advisory sessions: one to several conversations. Projects: usually four to eight weeks. Retained advisory: month by month. See "How an engagement unfolds" above.

Which clients have you worked with?

The company was founded in 2025 and doesn't publish its client list yet. We treat ourselves as the first public case — how we use AI ourselves lists which work we've handed to AI and which we deliberately haven't.

How do you charge?

It depends on scope and depth — contact us to discuss.

Not sure where AI should enter your business?

Tell us where you are — we'll suggest the most sensible entry point.
